About Us

The AR Enterprise  Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in India is responsible for regulating the use of drones. Depending on the type of drone operation, such as recreational, commercial, or research, different categories of permits were needed. Commercial drone operations, including surveying, required operators to obtain a Remote Pilot License (RPL) and the drone itself had to be registered with the DGCA.

Additionally, certain areas, such as near airports, military installations, or other sensitive locations, were designated as no-fly zones, and flying a drone in these areas was strictly prohibited.
